Sanga/sangah, traditional meal of the people of centre and South region of Cameroon ππ¨π²
Sanga/sangah is a very common delicacy in Cameroon, traditionally made using maize, cassava leaves, palm oil and other necessary cooking ingredients like salt, maggi and pepper.
